Oak Park Cares
Oak Park Cares is a bill assistance program that provides funds to help neighbors in need.
Residents can apply through this program for help with utilities, phone bills, car repair, rent and other expenses that are creating a hardship. We want our community to know that “Oak Park Cares” for them socially and financially, especially in these difficult times.
This program is entirely dependent on availability of funds - if you do not hear from us in a timely manner, it is likely the result of lack of current funding for this program.
Applying for Oak Park Cares
Please read the rules below before submitting an application.
You must be over the age of 18.
You must live in Central, North, or South Oak Park.
You can only receive funds once every 6 months.
Payments are up to a maximum of $200 as we have limited funds.
You must certify the funds will only be used for the intended purpose.
You must provide documentation showing funds were used for the intended purpose.
